Abhishekam is a sacred bathing ritual performed for the main deity, Lord Rama, with devotion and purity. The process involves bathing the idol with holy substances such as water, milk, honey, sandalwood paste, and herbal extracts, each symbolizing spiritual cleansing and prosperity. During the ritual, Vedic chants and Rama Nama are recited, creating a serene and divine atmosphere.

This service is offered on specific days like Punarvasu Nakshatra, Ekadasi, and Rama Navami, and devotees can sponsor the abhishekam as an offering for blessings, health, and happiness. At the end of the ritual, devotees receive prasadam and theertham (holy water) as a token of grace.
