The temple celebrates Rama Navami (Lord Rama’s birth anniversary) with grandeur, marked by special alankaram (decorations), Veda parayanam, and Sita Kalyanam—a symbolic wedding ceremony of Lord Rama and Goddess Sita. Devotees participate in uninterrupted chanting of Rama Nama and receive prasadam.

Vaikunta Ekadasi, another major festival, is observed with the opening of the Paramapada Vasal (gateway to Vaikunta). Thousands of devotees pass through this symbolic gate seeking liberation. The temple is adorned with flowers and lights, and special Vishnu Sahasranama chanting takes place.

Apart from these, the temple hosts annual Brahmotsavam, featuring processions of Lord Rama on different vahanams (celestial mounts) around the temple streets, traditional music, and cultural programs. These celebrations strengthen the spiritual bond of devotees and bring the entire community together.
