Small Story of How lord Ganesha got his unique appearance

It goes like this: Once, Goddess Parvati created Ganesha out of sandalwood paste and brought him to life. She asked him to guard the entrance while she took a bath. When Lord Shiva, Parvati's husband, returned home, Ganesha didn't recognize him and stopped him from entering.
